About Our 3 Units
Each of our glamping units have been handmade by Adrian on our farm over the years. Each one is unique and offers individual touches in keeping with the rural surroundings. Adrian has taught himself the art of carpentry and has taken pride in the outside areas as much as the buildings themselves with your comfort in mind.
Our 3 sites would be perfectly suited for the following: Couples or friends wanting to relax / rest / visit and explore the beautiful county of Herefordshire or surrounding counties. Walkers and cyclists using the Cabin as a stop over en route. Families wanting to experience off grid life in the simple great outdoors. Pilots wanting to use Broadmeadow Flying Club and would like somewhere ultra convenient and cosy to rest their heads. Anyone visiting friends or family in the area who would like a more private and unique stay than a campsite, hotel or B&B can offer. Musicians and visitors to the 3 Choirs Festival – based every 3 years at Hereford Cathedral. Hay Festival visitors – we are a 15 miles drive from Hay-on-Wye.
Beds are made up before arrival. We try to include as many handy items as possible. Please do get in touch for a full list of items included with your booking.
Toilet and Shower Facilities
Heated showers and a flushing toilet are available within the swimming pool room for all guests. The Wagon includes a flushing toilet. The Cabin and Shepherd’s Hut both have their own composting toilet and wash basins.
Wood
We provide a bag of kiln dried wood with kindling and matches at a cost of £10. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood if preferred.
Pool
We allow our Glamping guests to use our pool; a private indoor heated pool set in a beautiful oak framed building. It’s a short walk (450 yards) from the accommodation. We must inform guests that this is entirely at our guests’ own risk. The pool is fabulous for unwinding, excellent for children especially when the weather is inclement and a great way to exercise and have fun! There are steps for smaller children and the floor is a gradual decline into the deeper end. This has proved popular with couples and families as it adds a bonus element to the glamping experience.
Guests are encouraged to discuss booking the pool with Sally at the time of booking or on arrival. We urge all guests to familiarise yourselves with our rules for using the pool for your own comfort and safely. There is no lifeguard on duty and so the use of the pool is entirely at the guests’ own risk. No liability will be accepted for injury or loss whilst within the pool area. Our rules are simple and purely there to keep you all safe. Rules include no running, drinking, eating, jumping or diving, no alcohol prior to swimming.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome. Some of the areas are securely fenced off however this is not the case everyone on the land. The airstrip and farming vehicles come close to the units and so pets need to be watched.

What a perfect place to get away from it all! Everything you need to make it a very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend!
Great facilities. Lovely and helpful hosts. Burner stove was so good in nearly freezing outdoor temperatures, that we were almost too hot and had to manage layers. Fantastic.
The nicest hosts and a lovely pool available! The room is very well insulated. It was cold outside but I was very warm. I had a lovely sleep I would love to go again!
